BUSY/FREE – Your current state

Districts

Allows you to choose regions/districts where you want to get orders from. If none of districts are selected then system will offer you orders from the radius that is agreed with your region. If you select only one district (will mark it GREEN) then you will get orders only from this region.

NB! This feature is also useful when passenger haven’t marked his destination address. So before you arrive in passenger destination – you can mark this region/district in advance so system will know it can give you orders from this region in advance.

Accept order in 20 seconds

It is highly required for drivers to accept all orders they receive. If you are willing to take a break or end your shift then please plan ahead and mark yourself BUSY.

But in case you can not accept the order by any means then please slide the address bar to the left and tap on the red REJECT button.

Otherwise accept order by sliding the GREEN ACCEPT TASK button to the right.

Navigation

Tap on the map to enlarge it and choose Google maps or Waze navigation method.

Arrival and client pickup

Attention! Driver app will mark you automatically as ARRIVED TO CLIENT if you are close enough to pickup address! But app will warn you before doing so and you have 10 seconds to cancel it. After this you will have to activate ARRIVED button manually so client will know that you are in pickup location.


BEGIN RIDE
Driver is allowed to start moving only after passenger has closed door and has fastened seatbelt.

On the same moment as you start moving activate the BEGIN RIDE button or app will do this automatically when you have distanced enough from pickup address.

Waiting for passenger

Good practice is to wait for passenger for 3 minutes after arrival before calling or sending an SMS. In case you need to call or send SMS please tap on the address bar to reveal CALL and SMS buttons.
